Edna is the doyenne of supervision. She has created and developed a way of working that is ideal for bringing out learning and understanding. I use one or another of her tips or models almost daily in my own work, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

The Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA) was conceived in 2001 by Edna Murdoch and Miriam Orriss. Both practicing coaches, they discovered a distinct lack of supervision options, so decided to solve the problem themselves.
With dovetailing interests and areas of expertise, Edna and Miriam were well-placed to shape the emerging coaching CPD area that became known as ‘supervision’. They have worked with organisations large and small, introduced coaching supervision to the public sector, changed the professional lives of countless individuals and done pioneering work through Supervision-on-Call and through introducing concepts from Field Theory and Quantum Physics to Coaching Supervision.
