Bespoke Training: Developing Today’s Leaders:
Developing Today’s Leaders™
“Learning is experience.
Everything else is just information”
Albert Einstein
Why Now?
Developing Today’s Leaders™ is a bespoke and experiential leadership which is firmly
rooted in the real challenges which face today’s leaders. .. about leading with inspiration, clarity, humanity and compassion; about being authentic and being true to ourselves and our values; about finding connection; about finding meaningful work; about working both globally and locally; about working creatively with difference and diversity; and about building sustainable organisations and networks which embrace the new technologies but also have a human face; …… against a backcloth of global economic crisis, climate change and disillusionment.
Finding Inspiration
Developing Today’s Leaders™ will create a network of facilitated pods to help leaders find some critical breathing space; to stand back, to reconnect; to re-energise; to remove blocks; to feel inspired; to reflect and to learn from their experiences and from the latest thinking on people and leadership development in order to discover new insights, new perspectives, new choices and new energy to take back into their life and work.
Each pod will be co-designed by its members to ensure flexibility and contemporary relevance as well as specific requirements for content, preferred modes of meeting and working together, with email, telephone and internet support.
