Coaching Psychology Workshop Brighton

Transactional Analysis for Coaches
Watch this space – workshop planned for early spring 2012
TA, which was developed in the 50’s, is one of the most powerful and accessible set of tools in communications theory. It has been used in organisations world-wide since the 80’s and is known for its insightfulness and practicality. Many coaches are benefiting from learning and working with some of the central ideas and tools in TA.
Would you like to become much more knowledgeable, effective and efficient in your work with your coachees? Then this unique workshop is for you.
We will have time to look at a range of TA concepts in an educational and participative way. Using a lightly structured programme, we will explore these fabulous tools to bring much greater clarity, awareness and competence to the work of both Personal and Executive coaches.
The day will be lively, interactive and informative, and will be punctuated with live supervision in groups (you will not be asked to coach in front of the group!), to which we can all contribute and from which we can all learn. CPD certificates will be given to delegates.
Miriam Orriss will lead this workshop. Miriam has trained in trained in Transactional Analysis for 6 years at the Metanoia Institute in London. She is one of the most experienced TA coaches in the UK and has brought revolutionary insights into TA, integrating them with coaching models. Miriam is an original thinker and has progressed central TA concepts in a unique way, using TA at personal, professional and organisational levels. Miriam is a Director of the Coaching Supervision Academy, that trains coaches in Coaching Supervision to Diploma level, runs live supervision groups and a supervision workshop programme.
