Michelle Bastock has supported organizational development in the private, non-profit and public sectors and have worked as an executive coach, coach supervisor, mentor coach, leader, presenter, teacher, and university instructor.
I have worked with individuals in all ages and in all stages of life. She completed her coaching supervision accreditation through the Coaching Supervision Academy. Michelle also holds a PhD in curriculum, teaching and learning and a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
Michelle has been selected as the recipient of a Province of Alberta Graduate Fellowship and Alberta Education’s Excellence in Teaching Award. She has also been recognized by the Alberta Teachers Association for exemplary work in learning and teaching. Her work with coaches, leaders and organizations is characterized by shoulder to shoulder reflection that focuses on depth learning poised towards understanding, action and being.
