Team Coaching Supervision: Follow on Workshops 2024
Four half-day workshop sessions throughout the next year, with a schedule is designed to offer you ample opportunity to practice and apply your learning with your team coach supervisees.
In these sessions, Alison and Dorothy will demonstrate dyad practice, offering a continued partnership in learning. The sessions are open to anyone who joined for either the half-day or full-day workshops in November and February. However, to foster a close-knit and productive environment, we limiting the group at a maximum of 12 participants. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Anticipated themes for exploration include group supervision for team coaches, navigating dyads, addressing rank, power, and privilege, refining your supervision frameworks, balancing structure with flexibility, and overcoming imposter syndrome, among others. True to the essence of collaborative learning, we'll remain flexible to the group's evolving interests and needs.
Dates:
• Thursday June 27th 2024
• Wednesday October 2nd 2024
• Tuesday February 11th 2025
• Thursday May 15th 2025
All sessions will run from 09.00am-12.30pm (UK time) with a 30 minute break within.
