The CSA team bring huge experience and dedication to all their enterprises and I have personally benefited from their work.
CSA can work within your business or coaching practice to deliver supervision services to a group of coaches. This kind of small group learning can be a very potent and surprisingly affordable way to experience the benefits of coaching supervision.
Supervision allows me to recognise and detach from my own personal emotional responses to some of my client issues.
Numbers are kept low – to a maximum of five individuals per group. This creates more time for you and to enhance the potential for learning.
We can provide a team supervision service either by telephone or in person.
Costs: from £300 – £450 depending on context and contract.

Supervision needs to be clearly focused on the real nature of practical coaching and mentoring. Reflectiveness results in mindful work where we constantly consider what to do, why we do it and examine it to see how we can do it better. Supervision is a forum for reflecting on work in the presence of another or others who facilitate that process.
