Marta became an Executive and Leadership Coach in 2006. Owing to her strong business and leadership development background, she can relate to the commercial and strategic context in which her clients work. She focuses on the practical steps to make a difference.
In 2012 Marta became an accredited supervisor. Her style is to work with clients in a confidential partnership, based on trust. She believes that in such supportive environment people can connect with their creativity, resources and self belief to realise their performance potential.
