Michele Roy is a Professional Certified Coach and accredited coach supervisor with over 18 years’ experience working with successful leaders in many organisations. Michele coaches’ leaders to consciously expand their awareness, enabling them to understand the impact they have on others. She engages leaders in applying key leadership skills and competencies, focusing on activities that foster relationships, increase capacity to lead change, and engage teams to deliver collaboratively on business results. She has coached senior leaders and managers in Alberta Health Services and Cummings School of Medicine, Government of Alberta, financial services, oil and gas, construction management, information services, engineering consulting, as well as entrepreneurs.
Michele has over 20 years of experience in delivering Leadership development programs including: Mastering coaching skills for leaders and managers, developing essential skills in delivering feedback, managing customer relationships, improving sales performance, managing diversity in the workplace, accelerating leadership development for high potentials, and leading organisational change – including, career transition, knowledge transfer and succession planning.
As a coach supervisor since 2014 Michele has worked with coaches to achieve their goals for their coaching practice focused on self care, improving client relationships, establishing key agreements with sponsors, communicating directly with clients, building proficiency in coaching core competencies, creating relevant development goals for their clients and expanding the coach's understanding of the systems in which they work.
