Katrina is a medical doctor with a background in Psychology. She found her passion in coaching and became an ICF certified coach and Board certified health and wellness coach. Her dedication to the field continues through providing a safe reflective space for coaches to receive insight on their work.
Born into a family of doctors and surgeons, Katrina Gisbert-Tay grew up in Manila and the United States and has a unique and extensive set of industry credentials in the medical, psychological, health and executive coaching sectors.
She has used her education and professional experience to develop and teach leadership, coaching and training programs for multinational corporation executives throughout Asia. Her coaching and training portfolio includes distinguished clients from Unilever, AXA Insurance, Petronas and Google.
Apart from her passion in working with people to unlock their fullest potential, Katrina’s loves in life include her husband, three children and puppy named Lyla. She enjoys travelling and immersing in different cultures, and currently lives in Singapore where she delights in Pilates, baking and spending precious time with her family.
