Kirsty Maynor

CSA ACCREDITED SUPERVISOR

Kirsty Maynor is an empowering and entrepreneurial leader, a thought-provoking catalyst for change and a unique creator of strategic partnerships.

As coaching supervisor, Kirsty is focussed and present, creative and playful, supportive and stretching. Committed to ongoing professional development and anchored in the power of reflective practice, supervision with Kirsty is a dynamic exploration of who you are, how you coach and what’s possible for you, your clients and the wider systems you are part of. With deep compassion and an understanding that supervision can feel a vulnerable space, Kirsty creates a safe and supportive environment in which you can dive deep into your own professional practice and emerge with greater clarity, insight and growth.

Kirsty’s own active coaching practice comprises leadership coaching for senior leaders and leadership teams in public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Her coaching work is anchored in co-active coaching, organisational relationship systems coaching and a lifelong commitment to learning and growth through play and creativity, with a dose of soulfulness for good measure.
