Professional Experience/How I came to coaching:
I am a multicultural executive leadership coach, facilitator, and coach supervisor with over 25 years of professional experience and a specific focus on bringing purposeful leadership to individuals and organizations.
During my corporate career as a leader in the Fortune top ten companies, I had enjoyed working alongside executive teams to direct global strategic initiatives and lead organizations through various cultural transformations. I took on prominent roles to drive change, to make an impact in the organization, and to deliver business results. However, as my professional success grew, so did my sense of dissatisfaction and unfulfillment in life. I felt incongruent, and I noticed the battle of the voices between my head and my heart became fierce. It was a pivotal moment that changed the course of my path when I finally acknowledged my worthiest opponent - me. I went on a quest to ask some fundamental questions about who I am. I practiced fervently about having a compassionate partnership with myself. I let my life speak. Then coaching found me, and I embraced its calling. It has been sixteen years since that day of my epiphany.
During this time, I have had the privilege to have thousands of hours of coaching conversations with global leaders and senior executives across a myriad of industries, building a successful track record of transforming individuals and organizational capabilities. In 2015, I received a post-grad diploma from CSA and expanded my capacity to serve as a Coach Supervisor.
As a Coach Supervisor, I have been having reflective supervisory conversations with coaches individually and in groups. We have taken deep dives on topics such as coaching challenges, ethical dilemmas, constellation influences - all aspects of their coaching practice that they would like to elevate as well as to celebrate. I bring love, lightness, creativity, and pragmaticism to supervision. I get excited about the shift we could create in this world and I believe the power of enlivening conscious leadership in all our us. Therefore, each supervisory conversation has the opportunity to strengthen the ‘ecology’ within ourselves as practitioners and with others as a collective whole. Let us tend to the clients we serve by role-modeling regenerative leadership in our practice that is of vitality, mindfulness, and care.
