Integrating Theory U into your Practice

A professional development programme designed for experienced coaches and coach supervisors to apply Theory- U more effectively in their practice.

Wednesday 22nd April – Friday 24th April 2020

From your arrival on the Wednesday afternoon through to the close of the event on Friday you will have the opportunity to learn from sector experts, enabling you to move forward in your practice to integrate the principles of Theory U (http://www.ottoscharmer.com/theory-u) into your work as a coherent process and set of approaches.

The triple track learning approach will enable you to experience a Theory U process with colleagues whilst extrapolating principles and approaches relevant to your practice. You will be fully participating in an emergent journey of inquiry as you learn new skills in a way which mirrors the client’s experience.

If you are serious about fully integrating Theory U into your practice in order to support clients as they navigate emergence and complexity, this programme is for you!

The programme is offered in partnership between the Coaching Supervision Academy and EvolutionOD.

Feedback from Katherine's recent training includes:

"Truly engaging through her authenticity and readiness to be open."

"Very thought provoking."

"It was good to feel really present."

"Beautiful, living the word. Massive antidote."

This is for you if you are:

•  Acting as an eco-systems catalyst to your own communities of practice and professional bodies.
