1:1 and Group Supervision for Executive and Leadership Coaches

Hi. I'm Neel. I am passionate about building the capacity of executive and leadership coaches to thrive in an age of accelerating complexity and provide 1-1 and Group supervision to Executive and Leadership coaches. 

My supervision approach emphasises the following: 'co-creation', 'emergence', 'playfulness', 'non cognitive ways of knowing', 'not fixing', 'your clients' and 'our relationship'. The intention is to provide a safe space for coaches to 'be with', 'reflect on' and 'make sense' of the messiness of working with complexity and to do this with a partner.  As a designer and integrator of learning experiences and a former management consultant, financial controller and photographer, I also bring experience of fields beyond coaching to supervision work.
