Continuing the huge success of previous years, 2025 offers another opportunity for coaches, supervisors and leaders to develop their skills and practice by becoming accredited graduates of the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision.
This Coach Development Programme centers on creating a lively professional partnership with coaches - one in which they can significantly develop their range and capabilities as a coach and supervisor and return to their work resourced and stimulated. It is highly experiential in its approach while still being supported by teaching, practice and feedback in classic and current supervision theories and models
CSA is proud to have Approved Provider status with the ICF. Our Diploma now carries 108.5 CCEUs. These are made up of 77.5 Core Competencies and 31 Resource Development.

CSA is delighted to have 'Approved Provider' status with ICF and our Diploma Program has been continuously Accredited with EMCC since 2005.
What distinguishes the CSA Diploma programme is that in addition to a thorough training in classic supervision models, students will be trained in CSA’s Full Spectrum Model of Coaching Supervision.
The Full Spectrum Model incorporates Hawkins & Shohet’s 7-eyed model of Supervision together with core teaching and practice on the Use of Self in Supervision, multi-dimensional Presence work which utilizes the seminal ideas of Sharmer/Senge et al (TheoryU), work with subtle energies , Buddhist Psychology, and quantum physics – a living, relational perspective.
There is also teaching on Coaching Psychology and on Systems Thinking. This broad range ensures that the course is both challenging and holistic. Personal Development for Supervisors is foundational and attention is paid to bringing mature reflective practitioners into the profession.

UK20 is now confirmed and will be hosted virtually. We transitioned to this format very successfully when the Covid pandemic made such a significant impact on international travel. We have continued to develop the programme elements, embracing this platform for delivery with excellent feedback from Students and Faculty. You can register for news and updates as they happen, we never share personal details and you can unsubscribe at any time.

CSA's Consultant to Faculty and Curriculum, Alison is an EMCC coach at Master Practitioner level and APECS Coaching Supervisor. Her practice is underpinned by the Global Code of Ethices and APECS Ethical Guidelines. Alison completed her Professional Doctorate in 2014 and co-faciltates the first UK-based EMCC accredited programme in 'Self as Group Supervisor'.
Andra Morosi, is a seasoned global leadership coach with a proven track record with senior executives and C-Suite leaders and their teams, supervisor of coaches, mentor coach and thinking partner. Andra graduated with CSA in 2018 and her drive is “Boosting potential, passion and performance in leaders and teams!”
Claire Breeze, has a particular interest in developing the resilience of challenger leaders. Accrediting with CSA in 2014 and with a masters degree in 'Change Agent Skills and Strategies'.
Claire is a qualified therapist and stress management consultant with extensive experience of executive coaching group work and action learning.
Dorothy Atcheson, is specially trained in systems - working with organisations, teams and groups of all kinds - and takes a ‘systems inspired’ approach to all of her coaching, facilitation and supervision. Accredited with CSA in 2013, Dorothy enjoys reflecting with those immersed in complex organisational settings or exploring the intricacies of group dynamics.
Dr Doug Montgomery, accredited with CSA in 2016 with a passion for supporting the growth and development of others. Doug brings his skill with learning partnerships in which ‘safe-spaces’ are co-created to bring Coach Supervision to experienced executive and internal coaches as well as Leadership Reflection for middle and senior leaders
Jackee Holder is an executive and leadership coach, coach supervisor, coach trainer, action learning set facilitator, intuitive facilitator, writer, published author, interfaith minister and creativity expert. Jackee accredited with CSA in 2012 and regularly contributes to the diploma programmes. Her creative and intuitive approach brings learning and training alive.
Jean-François Thiriet, has been an executive coach, collective intelligence facilitator an expert in generative change for 15 years. Working internationally and fluent in both English and French his innovative facilitation, coaching methodologies and extensive practise experience bring value for his clients. Jean-François graduated with CSA in 2019 and is part of the UK and French faculty teams.
Liz Nottingham has an extensive background in HR and leadership development.
Liz accredited CSA in 2017 and has been a regular contributor in tutor on the CSA diploma programme. She works with individuals, teams and leaders to actively support them with change at this time of great shift and uncertainty.
Miriam Orriss is co-founder of the Coaching Supervision Academy and co-designer of the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She has many years of supervisory experience in a variety of professional and business settings. Miriam continues her work as Executive Chair of CSA and lead tutor for the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision course.
Monica Ross is an ICF accredited coach and accredited supervisor with CSA. Trained in transactional analysis with a particular emphasis on working with leaders in organisations and with groups. She is a trained energy therapist and passionate about standards and ethics in coaching and supervision.
Once confirmed that you wish to join the programme, an invoice will be issued for the deposit payment of £900 GBP*. Payment of this invoice will secure your place.
The remaining balance (£4,350 GBP*) is required before the programme commences. An invoice will be raised for the balance. We can offer a scheduled payment at no extra cost if that is helpful, please contact Michael Smith for details. Full payment of the course fees will be required before the first module starts.
Please Note: There is an additional cost of £1200 GBP* for your required supervision sessions which form part of the programme. However, most students are easily able to cover this element by charging for the supervision they provide over the 12-month programme. You will need to have five supervisees and although your rates for this may be reduced when compared to full commercial rates, we find that all parties readily accept the principle of Fair exchange.
