'HANDS ACROSS THE DESERT'
FIRST ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Theme: Powerful reflective practice in creative supervision.

Welcome to the inaugural Hands Across the Desert Annual Virtual Coaching Supervision Conference led by Kompass, The Coaching Company in partnership with The Coaching Supervision Academy International. We are thrilled to gather here to explore and advance the dynamic field of coaching within our region.

In recent years, the coaching industry has undergone significant transformation, marked by an increased emphasis on professional development, ethical practice, climate change, and the well-being of both coaches and clients.

We find ourselves in unprecedented times, both globally and regionally. The Middle East and North Africa are navigating a complex array of challenges and opportunities. From political and economic shifts to societal transformations, our vast region is experiencing rapid changes that impact every aspect of life, including the coaching profession. These times call for human, resilient, adaptive, and culturally sensitive coaching practices that can support individuals and organisations in navigating uncertainty and fostering sustainable growth.
