Dr. Theodora Fitzsimmons is a Leadership and Professional Development expert and Executive Coach with over 30 years experience in the public and private sector. Theodora's interest in coaching began when she received coaching as a leader in 2011. After discovering first-hand how transformative coaching wash, she registered for coach training the Institute for Professional Excellence. In 2016, she was assigned to create a coaching culture within her organization. This program is now in its fourth year and has received two multinational awards. During that time, she became a credentialed coach, a certified coach mentor, an accredited Coach Supervisor, and Coach Trainer. She recently named her private practice 'Coach Evolving' and provides services in all of these areas.

She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Coach Mentor and is registered on ICF's list of Mentors. She completed a program with Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), and in June 2019, she became an Accredited Coach Supervisor. She is also a Coach Trainer with Success Unlimited Network (SUN).

She earned her doctorate in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, her master's degree in Education at University of Maryland and her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Business from University of Maryland.
