Satoko is a Coach Supervisor active in APAC including Japan.

She provides one on one and group sessions for international participants. Satoko structured her sessions so that participants feels safe and able to explore deeper.

She is also an experienced executive coach who has supported leaders in all across Asia Pacific region.

Prior to coaching career, Satoko has more than 20 years of corporate management experiences at banking, strategy consulting, consumer and IT industry. She is still active at business world, serving as an INED at an insurance company and a start-up company in Japan.
