I get a lot of satisfaction, stretch and personal growth from my own coaching practice, and I love to work with other coaches and share their coaching journey. The coaches I supervise tell me that they value the space I give them to do their own reflection, the generative power of my listening, my warmth in supporting them, and the way I challenge to get to the heart of the matter.

I've been an independent executive coach since 2012, based in London and working internationally with clients in professional services, finance, retail, tech and the third sector. Before then, I worked for nearly 20 years at McKinsey
