I have been a coach for 20 years and a coach educator and senior faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute since 2007. Prior to becoming a coach I was an organizational leader in the software industry for 15 years, including a long-term work assignment in California. I'm German, live in Heidelberg and work with clients from all parts of the world through video or phone.
