I have 20 years of experience in Learning and Organisational Development and am passionate about the development of others. I have worked as coach for the last 16 years and have spent lots of time developing myself as a coach and my approach to coaching, and am now focusing on my development as a coaching supervisor.

I am a mum of three young children. Life with them is a daily reminder that everything is a learning experience, possibilities should be explored, and life should be fun. Our family is a multicultural family, and we spend a lot of time thinking about what this means and how to be authentic in our lives. I share this as my personal background is as much a part of how I work as my professional background is.
