After starting my career as a chemical engineer, morphing later into a quality professional and consultant I finally discovered my passion for coaching and its impact about 20 years ago. Now taking that passion into the field of supervision to extend and broaden my practice further.

I am excited by learning, curious and a great believer that there are more questions than answers. In my work I see my role as holding a safe space for exploration focusing both on learning from what has been working well and, with hindsight, what one might want to do differently.

My personal recharge activities include walking my dog in the Peak District, drawing on the landscape and natural world for energy and restoration. Reading, swimming, and time with family and friends.
