Introduction

In the last 10 years I have coached individuals and teams in a wide range of sectors, including Finance, Oil, Defence, Retail and the NHS. Other aspects of work include co-designing and facilitating training for team coaches.

I bring to all my work a belief that, at our best, we are working with the whole person, not just the exterior of the client or supervisee who comes into the session. I have been a supervisee myself for over 30 years, and my supervisors, in all my roles, have been a huge part of my development and growth, both professionally and personally. I have valued their knowledge and experience, offered in a safe space where I have felt able to be honest about whatever is on my mind, and I bring this approch to my own practice as a coach supervisor.

Initially a trained nurse, I became a counsellor 30 years ago, and still practice in the voluntary sector. This led me into coaching, where my understanding and experience of psychological processes underpins my work.

I have worked in senior roles in HR in the Finance Industry and the Legal sector. In the last 10 years I have coached individuals and teams in a wide range of sectors, including Finance, Oil, Defence, Retail and the NHS. Other aspects of work include co-designing and facilitating training for team coaches.

I live in Guernsey, travelling through London regularly, and working on Zoom as well. In the Summer I�ll be on the beach, and I love walking, socialising, and helping out with lots of grandchildren.
