Ursula's doctorate in IO Psychology, her training as a Leadership Maturity Coach (Prof. Susanne Cooke Greuter) and her studies in vertical development (maturity, development of self), are fueling her approach to both, Supervision and Coaching. Her approach is dynamic, research inspired, and co-creative. Ursula is an accredited Coach Supervisor and her practice is in support of the continued professional development and resourcing for Coaches. She has found her vocation in Group Supervision and her coaching niche in Executive and Leadership Coaching.
