Offering supervision to executive coaches and team coaches

I have been a qualified coach for 17 years, and more recently qualified as a Systemic Team Coach with AoEC. Increasingly, my coaching practice involves significant team coaching - particularly of leadership teams. I love the complexity and juicy messiness of teams and bring much of this material to my own supervision!

I am a senior practitioner with EMCC and I subscribe to EMCC's code of ethics.

I qualified as a coaching supervisor with CSA in 2013. I wanted to undertake this programme to develop as a coaching supervisor and also to further develop as a coach and a reflective practitioner.

I find that, for me as a coach, supervision enables me to come back to me and who I am. It provides the place where I can reflect on my clients and my practice, and it always heightens my awareness and my ability to work authentically and systemically.
