Hello! I'm a Transformational Coach, Facilitator, Coach Trainer and Mentor looking forward to learning with you all!

I am a PCC coach, mentor coach, facilitator, speaker and trainer with a passion for the journey of transformation. I started out in the fitness industry as an instructor, educator and director, managing a large team of fitness professionals. I quickly found my way to coaching, following a deeper knowing of how I was being called to serve others. I am humbled to walk with my clients as they choose to do the powerful work of realizing their courage through vulnerability. I lean into my core values of growth and connection in order to create a space that is full of discovery while nurturing one's inner wisdom.

Soon after completing International Coach Academy�s ACTP program, I became a Certified Deep Transformational Coach through the Center of Transformational Coaching. I am currently a learning leader in both the Life Coaching Basics, and the Deep Coaching Intensive at the Center.

In addition to teaching at the Center, I am also a trainer, mentor, and leader for Canada Coach Academy, a Certified MBSR for Teens facilitator, Certified Daring Way� and Dare to Lead� Facilitator, and a Certified Mentor Coach through Coach Cachet.

I am a mother of three living in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. Outside of coaching, I explores what it means to live a wholehearted life. I might be found playing and resting with my family, connecting with my friends, watching a movie (although the previews are my favourite part), or curled up in my favourite chair with a good book (I hear we will have lots!).
