Introduction

I started my coaching journey whilst I was living and working in the Middle East 2014. It was here I found the work I was meant for – developing people and helping them to discover and apply their strengths to create happier and more engaged workplaces. I’m now an Advanced Certified Coach, Certified Strengths coach and Coach Supervisor after completing the Diploma with CSA in 2023.

I spent 9 years living and working in the Middle East where I had the opportunity to work with clients including Dubai Airports, Emirates Islamic Bank, Mubadala and PwC. Since returning to the UK in 2019 I have coached senior leaders and teams across organisations providing a public service, including a number of central government and not for profit organisations.

I’m always curious and learning in my work and building relationships is important to me. This has led me to explore Coaching Supervision to improve my coaching practice and as part of my commitment to my ongoing personal and professional development. What I’m learning through the supervision work is my own strengths lie in holding the space for people to have deep and creative conversations that lead to greater insights and awareness both for themselves and others.

I live in Wymondham, Norfolk with my husband and Jack and Holly, our two Havanese dogs.
