For more than 20 years, I have led my own executive leadership coaching, coaching supervision and management consulting firm. The focus of my coaching supervision practice is coaches who specialize in leadership development of senior leaders, physicians and physician leaders. Supervising coaches with this focus is a natural extension of my coaching practice, which focuses on physician leaders and senior administrative leaders in healthcare, pharma, and technology. I have a special interest in leaders and coaches who coach leaders in transition, leaders new to senior leadership roles and leaders in organizations facing change.

I employ a strengths-based philosophy that has proven successful in helping coaches and senior leaders expand their personal and professional effectiveness. In addition to supervising and training coaches, I am also dedicated to developing the executive coaching profession through research, teaching, presentations, facilitating workshops and seminars, and mentoring.
