I use the practices and principles of Narrative Coaching™ to help people have the conversations that matter most to them. I coach and supervise individuals and teams, design and facilitate leadership learning events and participate in organisation change projects.

I have over twenty years of experience of selling, designing and delivering innovative organisation change and development solutions. I founded and led three global leadership development consulting businesses, lived in India for a large part of my career and have worked in over twenty countries as far apart as Australia and Brazil

I have worked with many different kinds of organisations but have built particular capability in working in technology, financial services and health care companies and over recent years extensively with leaders engaged in digital transformation.

My Specialties: Narrative Coaching™ (faculty at the Moment Institute), Emotional and Social Intelligence, Influence and developing high performing teams.

I am passionate about finding a work/life rhythm and health and well being. I have practiced yoga and meditation for years and participate in running and cycling events around the world.
