Kelly is a seasoned executive leader, award-winning and coach, and strategic thought partner with over 30 years of combined corporate and entrepreneurial experience.

Her belief that “mastery is a journey, not an end,” drives her to perpetually hone her craft while further expanding an already extensive toolkit. This is what drew her to complete the first CSA program offered in North America, and to continue building on her ICF Master Certified Coach credential. Kelly’s breadth includes extensive experience working with diverse executives and leadership teams spanning 6 continents and 30 sectors, from tech start-up, to family-owned, to the “Fortune 50,” with a depth of concentration working with internationally diverse executives in fast-growth environments, many with global responsibility and multi-billion dollar P&L impacts.

She developed a “leadership from the inside-out” philosophy over two decades of leading diverse teams through significant transition, including the dot-com boom and bust, mergers, acquisitions, and privately-held to employee-owned business transitions. She earned the moniker “Coach Kelly” from her peers and later became a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 under Forty” leadership honoree.

Clients describe Kelly as a “gifted systems thinker” with a unique blend of senior executive experience, strategic perspective, calming presence, and uncanny insight. In 2014 she was a recipient of the “Coach of the Year” award from the International Coach Federation for her work with a Seattle-based global family foundation.

Raised in a family transferred every three years by IBM (fondly referred to as “I’ve Been Moved”), Kelly attended an international K-12 school and became fluent in a second language at an early age. The experience greatly informed her comfort and facility in working with diverse leaders, contexts, and organizational cultures. Kelly and her partner of 26 years are based in the greater Seattle area of Washington State, USA.
