Carrie Arnold, PhD, MCC is the program director for Evidence Based Coaching at Fielding Graduate University. She is passionate about coaching education, supervision, and leader development.

Carrie Arnold, author of Silenced and Sidelined: How women leaders find their voices and break barriers is the Principal for The Willow Group. Since 2011, she has owned and operated her own consulting business.

Previous, she has 20 years� experience working in healthcare, human resources, training, and organizational development. She has worked for multi-hospital systems in leadership positions and has taught at the university level. As a coach, she has served within the federal government, all levels of education, healthcare, and private sectors working with over 300 individual and group clients. She works with emerging leaders and also coaches at the president, CFO, COO, CHRO, VP, physician, and superintendent level.

Carrie also serves as the program director for the evidence based coaching program at Fielding Graduate University.

She obtained her coach training at Georgetown University. She an International Coaching Federation Master Certified Coach, a Board Certified Coach, and an accredited Coach Supervisor. She holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Organizational Management, and a Ph.D. in Human Development. Carrie is certified to administer and interpret The Leadership Circle Profile, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)�, DiSC, and the Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)�
