As a supervisor I have a particular interest in supporting individuals to develop their confidence and strengthen their inner supervisor, deepening self-awareness with a focus on sustaining themselves in this emergent work. I describe my approach as warm and enabling. I aim to bring out the best in myself and my clients, building trust and holding space so that we can remain open to the 'possible'. I work in a whole-hearted way, kindness and compassion root my approach.
