Ruya is a I-O psychologist, coach, experienced facilitator, and is also a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Certified Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach.

Before becoming a professional coach, Ruya had over 20 years working experience at top 100 multinational corporations where she used her skills in coaching to significantly improve productivity and turnover.

Ruya is experienced in senior management counseling and customer service management and is now working as a psychologist and an executive coach on leaderships, team coaching, carrier rebuilding with well-knowledge in both theory and practice. Works with a range of psychometrics for both the individual and the team, such as: DiSC, NEO, MBTI, POY, Lumina Spark. Spans a wide range of industries, including consulting, high-end automotive, luxury, pharmaceuticals, private banking & financial services, F&B, public relations, retail, and consumer goods.

Ruya believes that every existence of every life has its meaning, nothing happens in isolation, everything that a person does have an impact on the people and structures around them.
