Introduction

As a long time coach and trained intuitive, I help coaches deepen the work they love with an inner fire and deeper connection to life and spirit so that they can coach in alignment with who they are and what they aim to create in the world.

Through the transpersonal power of coach supervision, I use my years of coaching experience, capacity for deep presence and well-honed intuitive skills to lift coaches into a high capacity for coaching excellence and life alignment. This tends to bring relief, space for innovation and a newly renovated MCC level mindset.

During my year-long coach supervision training, I discovered you don’t need an MCC to be masterful, just a well developed, mature approach to listening and dialogue.

When I’m not coaching, supervising or developing my businesses, you can find me skydiving with my husband, playing with my goldendoodle Sadie or curled up in bed with a great book.

Since I was eight years old, I have explored and embraced the realm of spirituality, which has become an integral part of my coaching philosophy. Recognizing the transformative power of connecting with one's inner self, I support coaches who are leveling up their own spiritual journeys. By harnessing their innate potential and tapping into their spirituality, coaches elevate their practice, leading to greater fulfillment and effectiveness in guiding others on their own paths.
