Carol offers coaching supervision to clients around the world, both individually and in small groups. She has coached and mentor-coached for 20 years. She supports coaches in exploring their presence to themselves and to their clients to discover how else they can be even more effective with their coaching.

Carol Harris-Fike (she/her), lives in the mountains of Western Colorado, US. Carol's first career was education and included a deep study of how we learn. Coaching is about learning and the more we support our clients in learning, (discovering) what new possibilities are within them, the more effective we are. Being present to ourselves as well as the person we are coaching supports opening the door to the path the client desires and more effectively meets our desires as coaches.
