With more than 30 years as a global operating executive, Thomas Fumarelli is a tested, trusted Executive Coach, Certified Coaching Supervisor and Leadership Development consultant.

Tom is an Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor, Leadership Development Consultant and Business Advisor who works with leaders and coaches to make sustainable change through increased self awareness and expanded capacity. His coaching, supervision and consulting work is based on a successful 30-year career as a global CFO, COO and President, and 10 years as a Leadership Coach and Consultant.

He supports leaders, coaches, and owners/entrepreneurs on managing growth and ambiguity in dynamic environments.

Tom has a proven track record of leading high performing teams in global public, private and family-owned businesses. He holds a Wharton MBA, attended the Harvard AMP and received Coaching Certification from The Hudson Institute of Coaching. He is certified by the International Coach Federation (PCC level) and has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in the UK.

Tom is on the faculty of The Hudson Institute of Coaching where he also facilitates Corporate leadership and training programs. He has been a mentor coach in the department of Organization and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University
