I have an engineer with a specialization in psychosociology and I am passionate about people and nature.

After twenty years of experience in project management and consulting in sustainable development with international companies in different sectors, I lived for several years in Canada where I developed an expertise in supporting people and teams and where I taught MBA programs at McGill and HEC Montreal in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development Strategy.

My practice is inspired by Systemic analysis, NonViolent Communication, Mediation, Narrative Practice, Neuroscience research, the philosophical and spiritual foundations of discernment, as well as different approaches integrating collective intelligence in the governance of organizations and team management.

My book on integral decision-making, Donnez du sens à vos décisions : 7 clés pour discerner et faire les bons choix, Eyrolles (2018) introduces an integral process for complex decision-making, by combining reason, emotion, intuition and sensation.
