I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister, coach, consultant, author, reader, enthusiastic learner, traveler, and dog owner. I 'grew up' as a consultant, partnering with clients and consulting teams for a dozen years before discovering the joy of not getting on a plane every week. So I stayed put for three years and helped my consulting firm build an executive coaching business, about which I knew nearly nothing. I fell in love with coaching and got clear on what it would take to be an effective one, including shedding my instinct to identify problems and provide answers!

My path to coaching was not straightforward. Seeing coaching from the business side gave me insight into what clients were looking for, and so I headed off to work within an organization, leading L&D efforts at Spencer Stuart for five years. In that time, I studied coaching, learned how it feels to work in, not on, a company, and plotted my next steps. It's now been ten+ years since I began my executive coaching practice full-time, and since I began group supervision.

I work with my own clients, as well as being involved in working with clients of Goodstone Group and Paravis Partners. Most of my practice is executive coaching, and I also benefit from doing high-performance teams work with clients as well as running the occasional workshop or presentation on topics such as executive presence. It's an honor and a privilege to do the work I get to do with the people I get to do it with!

At the moment, I live in Philadelphia and have one dog, one daughter and one husband. My Covid project was to co-author a book about executive coaching with a dear friend. And to learn to make amazing sourdough pizza.

I travel as much as I can for work and for play. London is a favorite, recurring location. I also enjoy reading, walking (listening to books), exercising, being in nature, cooking & eating, and laughing with friends. Fun fact - I've lived in Philadelphia 18 years (it was supposed to be a 2-year gig) and before that lived in 13 places in the previous 18 years.
