I am a seasoned international executive coach, team coach and supervisor working mainly in global corporate environments, thanks to my wide multicultural and multilingual background and my expertise in translating global strategies into local action plans. For over 25 years I have accompanied senior executives and their teams through complex transition processes involving the convergence between intercultural, interfunctional and interpersonal dimensions.
A people's person and natural connector, I am percieved as a powerful change catalyst aiming to raise awareness of different professional models, leadership styles, thinking patterns and work practices, leverage differences and capitalize on cultural diversity, team dynamics and conscious leadership. Actively involved in the regenerative movement over the last few years, I prone deep connection with the wisdom of living systems as a powerful guide and systematically partner with nature in my coaching and supervision practice.
