Introduction

I have a passion for individual and team coaching, coach training and supervision. I believe in the transformative power of coaching conversations to enable personal growth and change and see supervision as a vital resource for coaches to reflect, restore and grow.

More Details

At the heart of my work with clients is a belief in the importance of building a safe space, a trusted relationship from which to explore, experiment and learn. Supervision is a collaborative and relational process, a place to come back to yourself, to connect to who you are as a coach. It is a collaborative space, a space of curiosity and inquiry, where you can examine your client work from different perspectives, view the wider system afresh, and unpick some of the relationship dynamics, parallel process and transference issues that may be present in your work. More than this, supervision is a place to resource yourself and be creative. In my practice I draw on a range of psychological models and coaching approaches, as well as a number of creative and somatic practices. I work with individual coaches, and team coaches and offer group supervision.

I have worked as a leadership consultant, executive and team coach for 25 years. In that time I have coached leaders and teams in a wide range of sectors including finance, professional services, pharmaceuticals, higher education, global engineering, hospitality, and retail. I have designed and facilitated leadership development programmes, development centres, and accredited coach & mentor training programmes. I currently work as a visiting tutor and coach mentor on the Henley PCEC coach training programme.
