Individual supervision can be conducted face-to-face or via skype according to the individual�s availability.

Group supervision takes place over several months with the same work group and follows an agenda which has been agreed previously.

Whatever form is adopted, a preliminary interview should be planned in order to clarify goals, logistics and obligations.
