Jennifer Budd is a certified team coach, executive coach, and coach supervisor, as well as a consultant, trainer, and facilitator. She leverages more than two decades of experience in the professional development field to help people do their best work. Jennifer began her career in HR and talent management at organizations such as NASA, Babcock & Wilcox, and Goodyear. Through this work, she realized that coaching leaders and teams to uncover �ah-ha� moments and fresh perspectives was her true passion � she�d learned what it takes to be a great leader and began helping people uncover that greatness in their own leadership. As a coach, Jennifer�s ultimate �win� is when her clients learn to self-correct and self-regulate, with more effective habits � sustaining them long after the engagement has concluded. A lifelong learner, Jennifer recently became one of the first coaches in the world to earn the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These days, Coaching Supervision is what she loves to do most as she deeply values holding a safe, non-judgmental space for coaches to reflect on their development, their clients, and the environments they operate in. A theme throughout Jennifer�s work is providing a reflective space for people to look at things differently and realize new possibilities.
