And the professional bio: I am co-founder of Anna Springett Consulting Ltd., a coach and leadership development consultancy based in the United Kingdom that works with a broad range of organisations across all sectors; happy to provide more information as needed. I also founded Ohki Retreats as a subsidiary of my consulting business, offering professional retreats to coaches, leaders and teams. I volunteer for EMCC Global as an EIA Assessor, as well as for EMCC UK as a mentor to other coaches and mentors. I have also joined the CSA assessor team.
