Introduction

Tom specializes in working with individuals, leaders, and groups who want to get in touch with what is most important to them at each stage in life as they explore and craft their new chapter with intention and purpose.

I was certified as a coaching supervisor by Ashridge in 2013, and have been supervising groups and individuals since then. I recently completed my second supervision certifcation by CSA, and enjoy and appreciate the more "open" approach to supervision that this progam offered.

Coaching has been a second career for me, after spending 35+ years as a white collar criminal defense lawyer in a Los Angeles law firm. I have been coaching now for the past 15+ years, and also facilitate a transition program and teach coaching with the Hudson Institute of Coaching. As noted above, I have been supervising individuals and groups for the past six years, and find this developmental work particularly powerful and rewarding.
