Critically Reflective Inspirative Action Learning

An Online Group SupraVision Practice

Are you ready to develop your commitment to critical consciousness and embodied presence as a coach or people development practitioner from the world view of decoloniality?

Above and beyond SuperVision (super meaning bigger, amplified vision), we offer SupraVision (supra meaning beyond, more than vision). We offer a facilitated and guided process by which we explore our life and working practices through six portals.

The six portals:

The Ancestral | The Somatic | The Spiritual | The Decolonially-Systemic | Critical Relational Ethics | The Political

Critically Reflective, Inspirative Action Learning (CRIAL) as a group process goes further than most other forms of group supervision. It enables us to explore how socialisation into professional practices, social groups, identities and cultures add gifts as well as gaps in perception affecting our readiness to connect with and serve the growth of others and self. The six portals are orientations or entry points for an immersive reflective practice.

Who for:

  • Coaches, Supervisors, Facilitators working in healing, social justice, equity and social change spaces. Prior experience of traditional supervision is not necessary
  • Practitioners who are ready to play an active part within and between sessions in a programme of inner and outer exploration
  • Those ready to play and experiment with their practice and share their steps and missteps in the interest of collective learning, growth and joy
  • Those not looking for easy answers and who are prepared to be brave Sessions

There are six sessions in the programme. Each session will last for three hours with breaks as needed.
