The Dark:An experimental exploration of liminal space for supervisors and experienced coaches
As the rate of change in the wider system increases, so too does the need to navigate transitions. “The Dark” is an experiment and an invitation to engage with being in a simulated liminal space.
This is an opportunity for learning about ourselves and our clients. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their personal relationship to knowing and not knowing and test their ability to let go of memory and understanding. After the experiment, we will reflect individually and collectively on what the experience might mean for us as human beings, coaches and supervisors at this key inflexion point in human history.
