A coach supervisor working at relational and psychological depth, with a leadership and life coaching practice since 2001
Peter's supervision clients include professional independent executive/leadership coaches, and internal coaches in corporate settings. Supervision provides a space to deepen awareness and see through a new lens, deepening insight into the inter-personal and intra-personal unconscious processes that are impacting the work.
His approach has been shaped by twelve years as a senior manager and director in the publishing industry; 20-plus years facilitating and coaching in a wide range of organisational contexts; post-graduate training in psychology and counselling; as well as a lifetime involved in voluntary organisations, not-for-profits, and international development.
Peter lives near Woodstock, Oxfordshire, and when circumstances allow, he loves to arrange client meetings to coincide with a leisurely walk in the Blenheim Palace Estate.
