Introduction

More Details

Perhaps as a coach, you are finding that your clients are coming to you to figure out how to navigate life after loss or transition. That loss could be a job, a human, a pet, a home, good health - anything. If this is you, may also notice that this work requires us to practice proactive self care, not just waiting until we are overwhelmed to take action.

I've noticed that I have expanded capacity to hold space for those that are processing the complexities of grief and loss. Some of it is inherited from my father who as a clergy member was often at the bedside of someone in their last days. I understand that with grief and loss we must suspend our ideas around time and outcome. There will absolutely be a shift we just can't be attached to that concept.

My interest is in providing support through supervision for the community of coaches that do this important work.

As a supervisor, I understand what it is like to hold space for people in grief and loss. I use creativity as a means to release, process, create awareness for those that I work with.
