I am a seasoned leadership coach, guiding transformation, especially in chaotic situations. I work mostly with blue-chip companies and their leaders and am an accredited supervisor with CSA since 2009. I am quickly able to get to the core of her clients’ issues and illuminate situations by bringing together my track record as both a corporate executive and independent coach. My corporate career was as a Finance Director and then a Supply Chain Executive with chemical companies, which gave me a broad track-record of organisational challenges, from strategy design to execution. I am Franco-British, am fluent in French and English and live as a global citizen.

➢ DESS ‘Banque et Finance’ (equivalent to an MBA in Finance)
➢ Executive coach since January 1999 operating between London, Paris, and Brussels.
➢ Associate Member of the Société Française de Coaching and PCC accredited with ICF (2005).
➢ Accredited coach supervisor certified with the Coaching Supervision Academy (2009) and the Association of Coaching Supervisors (2011).
➢ Certified to use the Hogan Lead Assessment tool (2012).
➢ Accredited facilitator in Clean Language, Systemic organisation dynamics, trauma debrief, workplace mediator and somatic coaching.
