I live by T.S. Elliot's words: "Only those who will risk going too far can possibly find out how far one can go. We shall not cease from exploration; at the end of our exploring will be to arrive where we started
I am Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) and a Coaching Supervisor who believes that we all possess the ability to realize our highest potential …if we take the risk to fling ourselves open to new challenges, unlearn entrenched habits that no longer serve us, learn new skills that will serve us in the Here and Now, and most of all, relearn how to trust our internal Wise Self amidst the internal and external noises.
As a Coaching Supervisor, I help coaches reflect on their practice, build on their individual uniqueness and expand their coaching repertoires to serve their coaching clients more abundantly. My privileged role is to journey with coaches in whatever pace and place they are in and be the safe “container” for us to work in, to unlearn, relearn and learn.
Professional Background: I have more than 20 years of management consulting and HR practitioner experiences in both the corporate and NGO sectors across Asia Pacific. I started my career as a change management consultant with Accenture in Malaysia, my country of origin, and later moved to Singapore for better opportunities. During the 2008 financial crisis, my family and I found ourselves in Shanghai, China, a tough but necessary experience before moving to Jakarta, Indonesia for several more years. We then moved back to Shanghai again for 5 more years before finally coming back to Singapore in 2020 as a brand new Singapore citizen. The collective years in various outposts were tought, but have molded me into a global citizen who can adapt and appreciate working in complex cross cultural terrains.
Over the last decade, I provide executive coaching, change management consulting and leadership development training for many multi-national companies such as iRobot, Cargill, Chrysler, AirBnB, Ashland Chemicals, Swire Beverage, SCMC-Coca Cola, Twinings Tea, Nestle, SG Johnson and Unilever.
I also provide cross-cultural coaching and training to expatriate leaders to increase their cultural resilience in navigating in complex environments. My coaching repertoire extends to team coaching, career transition and outplacement coaching.
I am privileged to sit on the board of Tirzah International, a Christian NGO that advocates for women and children to fight against poverty and modern slavery.
