Dr. Jordana DeZeeuw Spencer, PCC, NBC-HWC, has over 25 years of experience facilitating, coaching, & consulting. A university professor, ICF-accredited coach, published author & Director in PwC’s Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence, Jordana has brought her doctoral research in communicative social justice, intersectional identity & inclusive leadership to bear in 30 countries across the Americas (North, Central, & South), the U.K., the European Union, Asia, Australia, and Africa. She has worked within the public & private sector, as well as with Harvard’s School of International Development, and Dartmouth’s Tuck, UNC’s Kenan-Flagler, & Duke’s Fuqua Schools of Business. Passionate about making a positive difference in her work and the world, this Yale alumna specializes in Gender & Sexuality Studies, racial solidarity approaches, and cultural curiosity & humility, leveraging leaders’ developmental capacities to empower themselves and mitigate unconscious bias for greater innovation and collaboration.
